Theremin volume drift - please help!

Hello all,
Had an Etherwave for a couple of weeks and have noticed that, even with the volume knob adjusted correctly, there is a slight audible tone from the theremin even when the volume antenna is being held. Can I stop this from happening by fiddling with the oscillators?
Anybody able to help me with this?
